How Azur Menton uses booking request details to reply to guests.

Data, purpose and legal basis
The booking request form may collect name, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred language, requested apartment, check-in/check-out dates, guest numbers, parking request and message.
With your consent, the editorial form collects your name, email, message and suggested event/correction details for manual review and response. It is emailed to the team via Resend, not published automatically or copied to Telegram, and retained only as needed to handle the submission. The same access and deletion rights apply.
This data is used to respond to booking requests, manage pre-contractual communication, manage confirmed reservations where applicable and provide customer support.
Azur Menton may also read aggregated external calendar intervals from connected booking-platform iCal exports in read-only mode to display potential stay windows. These intervals are used only for availability guidance and do not include guest names, booking notes or other personal booking content.
Legal bases may include pre-contractual steps requested by the user, contract where applicable, legitimate interest for operational communication and consent where required.
Recipients, retention and rights
Data may be accessed by Azur Menton / the host team and necessary technical providers. It is kept only as long as needed for enquiries, confirmed stays, accounting duties and guest support.
Users may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and may complain to CNIL.
Booking requests are emailed via Resend. A copy containing contact details, stay details and the message is also sent to the owner's private Telegram chat for enquiry handling. Please avoid sensitive information in the free-text field. These copies are covered by the same deletion requests and retention rules. Azur Menton does not sell personal data.
