Booking Terms

The form sends a direct booking request only. It is not instant confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from the host. Prices, availability and conditions are confirmed manually.

To be defined: payment, deposit, cancellation, tourist tax, security deposit, check-in/check-out, pets, children, complaints, mediator if required, governing law and jurisdiction.

Expected rules: no smoking, no parties/events and respect for maximum occupancy. Parking depends on apartment and availability.
